Domination and submission is an energy exchange, a power exchange, a dance where power is the rhythm. In many partner dances, like tango or salsa, one partner surrenders, while the other leads. And as with any skill, ease and grace comes from learning the foundations, the structure and the styles.

In this play lab, you will learn:

-BDA- Before, During & After. How to prepare, run and debrief for a BDSM scene.

-Somatic Sensation (Self touch):

The best way to learn to dominate is to feel it for yourself. Connecting with one's own body and receiving sensation play gives you a bodily imprint which will guide you when you are giving sensation stimulus to another person.

- Zen Spanking: using Tantric breathing techniques and BDSM safeword scales, couples can learn the art of spanking for sensual pleasure. This part of the lab is better experienced with a play partner.

As this is a live video "play-lab", you have the option to simply watch the class with your video and microphone turned off. For a better understanding and connection with the presenter, it is recommended that you keep your video on, especially for the experiential parts of the workshop. If you wish to remain private for the full workshop, that is ok. You are welcome to ask questions via the chat box, but the presenter will not be able to offer you feedback on your technique without a video connection.

What to bring:
-An open mind
-A notebook / paper and pen for note taking.
-Sensation play items (at least 4, per person from this list): A feather, a fork, a (clean) paint brush, 2-4 different clothes peg, small piece of fur or silky fabric, ice cubes.
- a towel / kitchen paper roll.
-Any questions you may have about BDSM & fetish.

What to wear:
-Wear clothes in which you feel comfortable, confident and sensual. This is not a dress code. It's to inspire your mindset for the class.
-Swimwear or undergarments *

* As this is an introductory class, nudity will not be permitted. However, for the experiential part, stripping down to bra and underpants is encouraged for better skin contact. You may wear swimwear if that feels more comfortable for you.

If you have any questions, please send the presenter a Whatsapp message on: +4746655939
