Description
Solfrid Molland er sanger, pianist og komponist. Hun vokste opp med russisk folkemusikk, sigøynermusikk og vestlig kunstmusikk. Dette musikkuniverset preger hennes konserter og komposisjoner. På reiser som gatemusikant i Europa lærte hun sigøynersanger av rom-musikere, og skrev musikk inspirert av ulike katedraler hun møtte på veien. Hun har et intenst nærvær og formidler en poetisk nerven med sin stemme og sitt pianotrekkspill.
Denne kvelden får vi høre musikk fra hennes siste utgivelse, den kritikerroste plata "Forvandling". Her synger Molland om forvandling, helhet og nærhet til naturen.

Sommerkonsertene i Ringebu er en frivillig komité som har i oppgave å arrangere konserter i Ringebu stavkirke i Juni/Juli. Vi setter sammen et bredt program, som vi håper treffer de fleste. Gå inn å sjekk ut årets konserter!
