Elke Voelker (f. 1968) er tysk organist, kirkemusiker, orgelsakkyndig og musikkvitenskapskvinne. Hun studerte skolemusikk, romanistikk, musikkvitenskap, germanistikk og kirkemusikk i Mannheim, Heidelberg og Mainz, og promoverte i musikkvitenskap ved universitetet i Heidelberg i 2012. Samtidig studerte hun fra 1992 orgel hos Leo Krämer i Mannheim og utdannet seg til orgelsakkyndig. Som stipendiat studerte hun i USA hos Wolfgang Rübsam, i England hos Nicholas Kynaston og i Frankrike hos Michelle Leclerc, jean Guillou og Daniel Roth. Fra 1996 til 2009 jobbet hun som assistent ved Dommusikken i Speyer, i 2009 som konstituert domkapellmester og domorganist i domkirken i Speyer (Tyskland). Hun har mottatt tallrike priser og driver omfattende internasjonal konsert- og undervisningsvirksomhet.Elke Voelker er medlem av Karg-Elert Archieves in London, Gesellschaft der Orgelfreunde, American Guild of Organists og er æresmedlem iAssociazione Organistica Siciliana. Hun er kunstnerisk leder av den internasjonale „Deidesheimer Orgelherbst“ (Tyskland) „Internasjonal Orgelfestival Philharmonie Perm“ (Russland). Hun har utgitt tallrike innspillinger, med hovedvekt på verket til Karg-Elert.
