Inside the Womb of every woman lies the ancient secrets of life.
The Womb is the place from where we grow and nurture, & from where we connect with our deepest and most primordial potential.
We are all birthed from the Womb, yet for many women, it is one of the least known parts of her body.
This is not surprising, for it holds the greatest power that a woman possesses: The power of creation.
The womb is not only a place to birth a baby; it is a place and a state of being that births Us, that births new realities, that holds a power of deep transformation for ourselves and for other with whom we come into contact. It is through the Womb center that we can unite the feminine and masculine within and bring balance and unity to our personal relationships with ourselves and with the ones we relate to.

We invite you to join us on a deep, nurturing sisterhood gathering that will allow you to tap into your own Womb Wisdom, rise in your feminine power, and feel held & empowered from other women - your sisters.
We will be using shamanic dance, yin yoga, ceremonies, and old Sacred feminine practices for awakening the power within our Womb Space. During the retreat we will open up our bodies for transformation, vitality, personal healing, well-being and connection to our sisterhood as well as the whole web of life.

The Womb holds the key to unlock our deepest desires, and to manifest our wildest dreams. Anything is possible to create when we fully embrace this raw & wild energy center within ourselves.

Alva is a qualified workshop facilitator & co-founder of Shamanic Heart Movement, a concept grown out of Biodanza Heart in Motion, Shamanism, Tantra, Authentic Movement and much much more.
Currently holding workshops in Stockholm & Oslo, together with Hajni Makk.
She have a fierce dedication to healing & awakening to our Souls mission, and embodying our true selves. The last 10 years she have dedicated herself to studying Shamanic Alchemy & wisdom.
She have being an apprentice in the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path since 2007, walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
For the last 2 years she have being organising and co-creating Tantra workshops, diving deeper into the healing arts of Sacred Sexuality & awakening the potential of human bodily experiences.
She is educated in Medicinal Aromatherapy & offers
in-depth courses in the healing powers of essential oils.
Passionated about the mystery of Sacred Shamanic Sexual Healing & transformation, she is currently doing a teacher training in Womb Awakening.

Johanna has been travelling on the spiritual path for many years, studying energy healing, working with the elements of nature and using shamanic & pagan practices to connect and merge with Spirit. She's an Earthkeeper, which means that she has dedicated herself to bringing awareness and knowledge about our beautiful Mother Earth.
One of her deepest Soul missions is to bring back the wisdom of the Divine Feminine, as she believes this is one of the main keys to restore harmony and balance into our own lives as well as on the planet. She is deeply passionate about the knowledge of sacred sexuality and the ancient arts of sound therapy as tools for transformation and healing, and she is currently studying to become a certified sound healer. Her vision is that we are born whole and that this is the time in history to take back our power and rise into the remembrance of that!
In 2015 she travelled to Thailand and participated in a 150 hours long training with the world known teacher Monika Nataraj where she was trained in holding classes and workshops for women to awaken their inner Goddess and embrace their authentic selves. Johanna is combining dance and movements, music, shamanic journeys, rituals and meditation with heart opening and mind expanding exercises to empower women to let go of their masks and step into their full potential.
Johanna was also certified as a Yin Yoga teacher by Biff Mithoefer in 2014.
