What happens when we as women are starting to honor and appreciate EVERY single aspects of ourselves?

I believe that the world is longing for THIS.

I believe that this recognition and appreciation of All That We Are, is the soft, yet powerful medicine which this world needs for it to be in balance.

As we return to harmony within our feminine bodies, it will be naturally reflected outwards. We can create huge shifts upon this planet by returning to our inner temple, the temple of Shakti; Our bodies is the portal..

Powerful energy is awakened when we are gathered together with other women for the sake of this purpose.

I've been struggling with being completely disconnected from my body for a big part of my life, and I've lived with a very distorted perception of my own body image.The exercises in this workshop is a selection of tools that have helped me along the way to love and accept myself, honor my sacred body, my feminine cycles and my sexuality.
