Our sexual energy is a manifestation of our life force. It is a primal, creative, sensual energy that enhances our ability to feel love, to be fertile, and to be orgasmic.

In our everyday lives we are used to creating visions for our careers, our relationships, families, fitness and health, but we rarely think about creating a vision for our sexuality.
The Sexual energy is a Catalyst for all other arenas in our lives, learning to cultivate this energy in a healthy way can bring us more happiness, health and success.
Cultivating our feminine sexual energy for ecstatic health, longevity, and prosperity is an ancient wise women secret.

This weekend we invite you to explore with us the possibility that everything we need is within. That our sexual magnetism and our joy for life is not something we “get” from a lover, from the adoration of others or whatever else. We can create this, maintain it, and use it as the governing force of our lives.

We will explore the nature of our sensuality, sexuality and pleasure through ancient tantric and sexual practices adapted to our modern life with the aim to fully embody our greatness as women, and to come into a deeper alignment with our true essence.

You will be going home with specific tools to use in your daily life to empower yourself as a woman, a sexual, sensual being who is in contact with her pleasure and desires. Tools that will support you in reaching your goals, whatever they may be.

Hajnalka has many years of experience in bodywork, dance and movement therapy, ecstatic dance, sacred dance, tantra, meditation, sacred sexuality and various other practices. She is an experienced facilitator of Biodanza Heart in Motion and Mystical Dance, has lived and worked for years in Ängsbacka, and organises Yoga & Dance Easter Festival and Sacred Womb Women's Festival. She apprentices on the Sweet Medicine SunDance tradition and walks the path of the modern Warrior of Light.
Hajni is dedicated to working for, and with, the Mature Feminine and Masculine and to the awakening of the raw, hidden powers of the soul. She offers a space of deep acceptance and awareness, with both the humour and the merciless clarity of her fierce yet gentle heart and the raw aliveness of her wild sensual being.
She has offered her work for many years in Ängsbacka's festivals like No Mind and Tantra.
She studies with the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality.

Alva had her first awakening moment at age 21 when she travelled back to the Womb of Source. This was the shifting point. The Re-Birth. From that moment she dedicated herself to study Shamanism. She lived in the Amazon Jungle. Became a mother. She is an apprentice in the Shamanic Path, Twisted Hairs, since 2007. Walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
In 2012 she founded "Shamanic Heart Movement" together with her sister Hajni, a dance therapy fusion with elements from Biodanza Heart In Motion, Tantra, Shamanism, Authentic Movement and more. Doing workshops in Scandinavia since 2012.
She is now doing a 3 year Womb Awakening Teacher Training, diving into the Womb Mysteries, Feminine Awakening and Sacred Sexuality.
She is also co-creator and program coordinator for the first women's festival in Scandinavia: Sacred Womb Women's' Festival.
