We are overjoyed to invite you to this celebration of life, love and community as we immerse ourselves in the realm of the healing arts.

The Lunar Immersion focuses on the relaxing, rejuvenating and healing practices of Thai massage and therapeutic flying. The Lunar Asana Sequence teaches basic body mechanics and has a focus on self-love cultivation, in preparation for the dance of Thai massage. The techniques learned on the floor are then translated to the flying work, using the element of gravity to amplify the healing flow of prana (life force). Often, we will work in teams of three for safety and support, and everyone will have the opportunity to base and fly, give and receive. This training offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of healing touch for students or clients.

+ This course is open to all levels of ability - even absolute beginners - and there’s no need to come with a partner

Students can attend for the 1st day, the first two days or the full five days.

The full 28 hours fulfills a pre-requisite for the AcroYoga Teacher Training.

Erica Montes RYT500 has a background is in the fields of acrobatic theatre and performance art. She first encountered Yoga and meditation as a teenager and, after years working as an actor, found a common ground between her intensely disciplined theatre work and Eastern practices which connect body and mind. Her avid interest in conscious movement and exploration of the body's capabilities, as a means to spirituality, led her to the practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Erica completed her 500 hour Yoga certification with Edward Clark's Tripsichore Yoga and is a certified level 2 AcroYoga teacher. She is also a Thai massage therapist and integrates the knowledge of this ancient healing tradition in her teaching.
